Rates, Terms and Conditions

Voice Talent Rates

Ximenavoz.com  rates depend on the project. Pricing includes voice over for on-hold systems, IVR audios, web-based audio projects, TV, movies, games, audiobooks, podcasts and radio audios. Rates will vary according to  their usage and the intended purpose of the audio. To obtain a price for your project contact xfkrauze@yahoo.com, and we will reply ASAP with a cost and an estimated turn around time.

Voice Payment Methods

Ximena accepts Paypal, Checks, wire transfers and direct deposits. All payments must be confirmed before starting a project. Fees will apply.  Pre-payment is required.

Turnaround

If payment and a finalized script is received by 12:00 Noon E.S.T we will try to have it within the  same day or next two days depending on  the length of the script and post production complexity. If we anticipate there  is likely to be a  delay in this turnaround time (due to  prior engagements, holidays or  travel), we will let you know in advance. We will try to schedule your project as soon as possible! We work Monday – Friday.  We do not record in the evenings nor on weekends or holidays.

Voice Talent Re-do Policy

Changes and additions to the original script after the recording has been sent will incur in regular rates for the redo. If a redo is determined to be necessary due to mis-pronunciation or mistakes they will be considered as no-charge redos. There are many different interpretations and “reads” for a given script that create a different stylistic mood or feel. Please give precise instructions. We will try our best to get it right the first time around, yet we will occasionally get it wrong, or misunderstand your stylistic direction. Ximena is more than willing to redo projects  if- on the off-chance, she happens to misinterpret your instrucions. Redos are a rare occurrence

Our goal is your satisfaction as a  VO Ximenavoz client. We make it easy for you so that you know what to expect and how to present a VO and IVR script. We help you with all your questions, scripts and translations to Spanish when necessary. You will always know your costs before starting a project. Our rates are standard. Voice Talent Script Format

Please format script in a simple grid form in Microsoft Word  with  a box for the prompt name and number, besides another box that contains the text in its entirety  in its own box. This will prevent misunderstandings and run-on prompts. Any other text or instructions must not be placed in the “ read” prompt box. You may use another column for instructions. I will record what’s written, so be very exact in your wording. Please provide pronunciation tools for proper names and place names, which typically can stand a good chance of mis-pronunciation. Prompt names should be short and concise. Try to keep the file names as succinct as possible; laborious typing can radically increase production time in editing and adds to the overall cost.
